Availability Calendar
We host mediations and arbitrations at our modern self-contained facility, at no additional charge. During the COVID-19 pandemic, we also offer online mediations through Zoom and other online platforms.
To reserve an appointment online, please click your preferred available date.
Our staff will contact you on receipt of your appointment request form. Please allow up to 24 hours for a response.
Fees For Mediation
Note that there is no charge for the use of our boardrooms and lunch provided.
Half Day Session
Fixed fee at $1,750 for each party to the mediation (plus HST). Includes the following:
- Up to one hour of pre-mediation preparation
- 3 hours of mediation time on mediation date
Additional Charges
- $900.00 for each hour (or part of hour) of additional preparation or mediation;
- Travel time and mileage (if the mediation is not conducted at our offices);
- Disbursements; and
- Third party expenses and HST thereon if applicable.
Cancellation
- $1,750.00 plus HST if the mediation is cancelled with at least two weeks’ prior notice; and
- Full fee will be payable for cancellations with less than two weeks’ prior notice.

Fixed fee at $3,500 for each party to the mediation (plus HST). Includes the following:
- Up to two hours of pre-mediation preparation
- 6 hours of mediation time on mediation date

- $900.00 for each hour (or part of hour) of additional preparation or mediation;
- Travel time and mileage (if the mediation is not conducted at our offices);
- Disbursements; and
- Third party expenses and HST thereon if applicable.
